Supervision

Clinical supervision provides a secure environment for staff to explore their emotional reactions to any workplace issues. It enables individuals to reflect on and challenge their own practice in a confidential setting, receive feedback on their skills, and engage in professional development.

Not only does supervision benefit individuals, but it also enhances the organisation's culture by reflecting its values and behaviours. Research indicates that clinical supervision improves staff well-being, reduces stress, minimises the risk of vicarious trauma, promotes resilience, enhances clinical reflective skills, and improves retention.

Various models for clinical supervision have emerged in different work settings. Depending on the individual and organisational needs, we offer one-to-one sessions and group supervision.

With extensive experience in providing clinical supervision to individuals, managers, and teams, we offer regular sessions or one-off supervision for specific workplace issues. Please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss your supervision needs.

Mindcare Consulting provide a tailored approach to wellbeing in the workplace and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
