Since March 2020 COVID has impacted us all.  This training session explores common anxieties and vulnerabilities that have been left in it's wake.  We are able to look at some common psychological issues that are being experienced and explore positive coping stratgies and solutions.  This session covers : COVID fatigue, increased anxiety, low mood, long covid symptoms and issues, the 'new normal' and letting go of what we cannot control. 


  • Reflection on the impact of the pandemic to date and how it is impacting individuals and organisations. 
  • Real life practical examples of how to manage and overcome some common mental health issues that people are experiencing.
