This training looks at common communications styles. We use this knowledge to identify the most effective styles to improve any conversation.  We are able to think about the context of conflict and challenges in conversations.  We discuss the pitfalls of unhelpful commuication 'loops' that can lead to challenging conversations.  

This training has lots of opportunity to practice communication styles in small groups.
