Synopsis

Procrastination can be a huge issue at work.  We can all fall into the trap of putting off work.  We explore our internal world in this training session to identify what are the psychological barriers and practical tips on how to overcome this so we can work smarter.

This training is informed by Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) psychological models.

Outcomes

  • Understanding of the psychology of procrastination
  • Looking at your own triggers and developing an individual plan to overcome this
  • To learn how to work smarter - not harder
