Amy and Victoria take pride in producing engaging, lively, evidence-based training sessions. Victoria and Amy are highly motivated when working with individuals and groups, as an addition to training sessions, to identify the individual and workplace factors contributing to deteriorating mental health and workplace performance.
With increasing awareness from within companies as to the importance of mental health and effective wellbeing health and safety policies, there is an important opportunity to integrate this meaningfully into a workplace culture, at all levels. In our changing post-covid world, the workplace is evolving rapidly and an analysis of the benefits and risks of this to workers’ wellbeing must be prioritised.
