Synopsis

In the ever-changing workplace, balancing life and work can be an ongoing challenge.  In this training we explore the individual and organisational factors which are important in trying to acheive a managable work-life balance.  We also explore some of the individual and organisational obstacles to acheiving and maintaining a balance.

  • To identify the organisational supports and challenges to this
  • To be able to communicate with managers and staff about balance and how to enhance it
